"They do not answer their phone or call you back unless you are a first time customer and need a big repair, at least from what I can tell since this is only my 3rd time bringing my car in (for the same issue). Same goes with speed of service. The first time I brought my car in they were fairly prompt, though it did break down again as soon as I drove it off the lot. But after that the repair has taken twice as long as they say it will and they don't update me on the status at all. I had to call 7-8 times to get someone on the phone to tell me what day they would be done with my car. And then they never called me that day and didn't answer the phone. No idea when I will get my car back."
