This repair experience was ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT! in short, I called just after they opened, I took my car over immediately, they clearly understood the issues, etc etc. They DID NOT overcharge me, in fact, they honestly gave me MORE than my repair cost. HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDABLE, POSITIVE ATTITUDE, AND LIKELY THE BEST ELECTRICIAN IN THE WESTERN US!! SUPERB!!! thanks gentlemen at DJ Auto: it made my day, and I hope they will do at least as excellent with future work. BUSINESS INTEGRITY STILL EXISTS, even when a woman who DOES know "mechanic" as a third language walks in their door. BRAVO!read more

Great service. I did a used car evaluation and they found some serious problems that could have cost me thousands of dollars. They spent some extra time explaining and showing me the problems. Very helpful. Also, it was a last-minute appointment and they got me right in! I'd go back to them anytime.read more

We needed a driver side power window repaired. I called ahead regarding the problem. We were given a price for the repair which was completed appropriately. The final bill included a $90 diagnostic fee. My daughter paid the bill and picked up the vehicle. When I called to question being charged for a diagnosis that we already knew I was told that the manager would give me a call for an explanation. Never heard from him. Also, they gave my daughter a list of about $2000 in other repairs that they suggested. Buyer beware!read more

I do not recommend using DJ Auto. Terrible customer experience. Didn't appreciate the sales tactics used on me or the run around on pricing by Forrester (fix + $90 standard diagnostic fee) and lack of internal communication between Chris and Forrester. Please utilize your CRM and ensure constancy in your customer communication. (January 2019)read more

These guys are bomb diggity. I have been taking all of my cars to them for 7 years now. BMW, Mercedes, Chevy, Jeep, the whole lot. He always stands by his work, has the cleanest shop in town, gets me in and out on time. Seriously the best independent shop I have ever worked with. Go with confidence for sure.read more

Best auto shop around. These guys know their stuff and their customer service is fantastic. They always try and make sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle by letting you know exactly what needs to be fixed, when it should be fixed, and how important those fixes are on a scale from 1-10. You might find slightly cheaper prices elsewhere but you definitely won’t get service this good anywhere else.read more

Absolutely love this place. I went there because I needed to replace my oil gasket pan and my oil was running low. After the average priced diagnostic they gave me a quote of how much it would cost to fix it. To be completely honest, it was a lot more than I was looking to pay so I decided to go elsewhere after explaining my situation to them and not wanting to pay that much money. They were completely understanding when I told them I was going to go elsewhere. When I went to pick up my car again, they had changed and refilled my oil free of charge so I wouldn’t ruin my car while I drove to the next auto repair shop. I thought this was extremely kind and considerate of them, especially since I only paid for the diagnostic. Another favorite of mine is how they give you a loaner car while yours is in the shop. This is super convenient since I needed a car over the weekend while mine was in the shop. The friendliness of the people who work here is especially something to compliment as well. Special thanks to Forester and Chris for their 12/10 customer service. Yes, they do deserve the extra two points of extra credit. Im regards to their price, it’s only slightly higher than the average, but the value of their service is well worth it, especially considering the gracious warranty they provide with all their maintenance work.read more

Excellent auto shop. Every one of their employees are Master ASE technicians. They are very knowledgeable. They don't try and cheat you. They take good care of you. one especially nice perk is they have several motor vehicles you can borrow while your car is in the shop.read more

"They do not answer their phone or call you back unless you are a first time customer and need a big repair, at least from what I can tell since this is only my 3rd time bringing my car in (for the same issue). Same goes with speed of service. The first time I brought my car in they were fairly prompt, though it did break down again as soon as I drove it off the lot. But after that the repair has taken twice as long as they say it will and they don't update me on the status at all. I had to call 7-8 times to get someone on the phone to tell me what day they would be done with my car. And then they never called me that day and didn't answer the phone. No idea when I will get my car back."
